Synopsis
|
Recently finishing production in Tokyo, Japan, Princess Raccoon (aka Operetta Tanukigoten) is legendary
Japanese director Seijun Suzuki's new romantic musical set in medieval Japan starring Zhang Ziyi as a tanuki ("raccoon dog")
that takes human form, falls in love with and begins a romance with a young Japanese nobleman played by popular Japanese actor
Jô Odagiri.

held its North American premier last night at the 4th Annual New York Asian Film Festival
in New York, New York.
Princess Raccoon will screen again tonight at 8:30PM at The ImaginAsian.
